A Preacher I listened to yesterday.

I was listening to a Preacher yesterday; I hope I spelled his name right,  Dr. Miles Monroe, and what he said caught my attention. It made me realize that there’s so many outside voices that we hear that makes it almost impossible to know what is truth. The way that he explained it is; since we are made in the image of God, and since God does not have a physical body how can we be made in His image? God presents Himself in three parts: God the father, God the Word and God the Spirit. Well, Doctor Monroe explained it like this; Well we were created; body, soul and spirit. And God is always speaking to us, by speaking to our spirit, and our spirit relays the message to our soul which in turn relays it to our body. The problem is outside voices speaks to our body which is speaking to our soul, and our soul has to figure it out. We therefore have a war going on within our self,  a battle of believing what the outside voices are saying or what God is saying! I can understand exactly what he meant. So I myself decided long ago to believe what God has said; that we must be born again, and repent from our sins so that we can hear His voice more clearly. I’ve made my decision; and you will too, one way or another. Choose wisely my friend.
